Tickets and vouchers

Your tickets and vouchers will be sent to you about 10 days before departure. These vouchers will contain all the information that you will need during your holiday. It is important to print these out and take them with you. If you make a change to the booking after you have received the first version of the vouchers, you will get an updated version. You will have to PRINT the most up to date version and take these with you.

This is a quick list of some of the most important things that will be listed on the vouchers:

  1. All addresses: hotels, apartments, restaurants for half board, lift pass offices, ski hire shops and ski schools.
  2. Phone numbers: You will get the number of the hotel/apartment so you can arrange your late arrival (if applicable).
  3. Rep info: some resorts have reps. Names and contact info will be printed on the vouchers.
  4. General travel info

Strict control

It is prohibited to travel with an expired passport. The first names and surnames on the ticket need to be the same as the names in the passports. On the ticket of engaged travelers only the (maiden) name should be stated in the passport. If the names do not correspond you can be denied to board a flight. If you are not a British national, you are required to inform the embassy of your destination country if you need a visa. Children are always required to have their own passport, regardless of age. Being in the possession of the right travel documents is your own responsibility at all times.

Attention:

The inspection of travel documents has become more strict. This means that passports with scratches, tears or other damaging will not be accepted. So make sure to check your passport thoroughly prior to departure! Travelling with the right documents is your own responsibility and Sunweb cannot be held responsible for a possible flight restriction and the accompanied costs.

Money

We would advise to not take too much money in cash with you. A small amount for the first few days is enough. At most destinations you can withdraw money with an ATM card. Check this with your bank to be sure well before you leave.
