Depending on the holiday you book there are multiple options for your holiday duration and arrival date.
If you expect to arrive at your accommodation after 6PM you are obliged to inform the reception of your booked accommodation about this to ensure that your room will be available. The telephone number of your accommodation can be found on the accommodation voucher. Sunweb cannot be held accountable if your accommodation is not available immediately, not even in the case that you have stated with your booking that you will be arriving later.
Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps countries. If driving to your ski destination via Germany the use of snow chains is compulsory. You should be adequately informed about driving to the destinations. Be well prepared when you depart for your holiday. Please be aware that you must pay a parking fee for your car at many French ski stations.
