Skiing in Switzerland

Introduction

Ski Holiday Switzerland

Switzerland is well known for its amazing ski areas, and has become a big competitor to countries such as France and Austria. This is partially due to the great value for money and the mix of small traditional villages with large mega ski areas.

Skiing in Switzerland

Sunweb has a number of fantastic accommodation options in Les Quatre Vallées. As far as skiing goes, this snow sure area is regarded as one of the best in all of Europe. In Films, Laax and Falera you can experience over 220km of ski slopes, and the Olympic half pipe. Do you dare take it on?

Switzerland ski holidays are also well known for delicious cuisine. The raclette and cheese fondue are an absolute must try. The restaurants serve a range of local and international dishes that the whole family can enjoy. Hikers are also in heaven here, with impressive landscape and stunning nature.

In short, a ski holiday in Switzerland guarantees quality. Sunweb offers a range of great accommodation packages here, all including lift passes. A lot of the ski resorts are located at a high altitude, and many also have a glacier, meaning that that are snow sure through the winter season.

Switzerland really is the pinnacle for the adventurous skier!
