Guidelines for customer reviews
To keep the review score and content of the review relevant for your upcoming trip, we archive reviews that are older than 36 months.

Only customers who have booked through Sunweb Group and stayed at the accommodation in question can write a review. We invite these customers to write a review via email after returning from their holiday. If a customer wants to leave an anonymous review, the data is verified (such as booking number, booking details) and is known to Sunweb Group.

Whether negative or positive, we publish each response in full, as soon as possible, after it has been checked to comply with the Sunweb Group guidelines.

Review guidelines
These guidelines aim to keep the content of the Sunweb Group brands relevant and family-friendly, without restricting the wording of the expressed opinion. Every review applies, regardless of the nature of the comment.
Reviews containing profanity or proven falsehoods will not be published.

Reviews must relate to the accommodation. The most useful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please do not make political, ethical or religious comments. Promotional content will not be published.

All content must be genuine and unique to other customers. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. They must truly be from you.

Respect the privacy of others. Sunweb Group will do its best to hide email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts and similar data.
