It is important to us that you can book your holiday without any worries. That is why we offer a standard exchange guarantee when you book with us. This allows you to rebook ski holidays booked with own transport free of charge up to 6 weeks before departure.

Standard exchange guarantee

Rebook up to 6 weeks before departure

✔ This guarantee is included as a standard when booking a ski holiday with Sunweb.
✔ The guarantee allows you to rebook your ski holiday with your own transport via 'My Sunweb' up to 6 weeks before departure.
✔ The standard exchange guarantee can only be used once.

Premium exchange guarantee for £33 p.p.

Rebook up to 2 weeks before departure

✔ Rebook your self-drive holiday up to two weeks before departure via My Sunweb.
✔ Add the guarantee in step 1 of the booking process, or via My Sunweb up to 14 days after booking.
✔ The premium exchange guarantee can only be used once.

How does rebooking work?

Want to rebook your holiday? Simply go to My Sunweb, where you can select new travel dates, change your accommodation, or extend your stay by a few extra days.

Log in to 'My Sunweb' & click on 'Exchange your holiday'.
Then click on 'Book another holiday'.
Follow the booking steps and complete your new booking.
