At Sunweb Group we offer holidays for the many; we want everybody to be able to create memories. Therefore, every person should be able to book a holiday with us, also persons with disabilities.
We’re improving our websites so that customers with disabilities have the choice of booking all elements of their holiday online or by contacting us. We’re working to make it accessible for people with disabilities in line with best practices, the European Accessibility Act (EAA), and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Based on the test results of the review of a representative sample of web pages by an IAAP-qualified accessibility expert, we are improving our website. In addition, we always consider accessibility when developing new content or features.
Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of this website, we are aware of the limitations. We are continuously working to improve these areas.
Examples of known limitations for our website include:
• Missing or empty alt attributes on images.
• Restricted zoom functionality due to fixed viewport settings.
• Invalid HTML and structural issues, including improper heading hierarchy.
• Missing or inconsistent focus states and low contrast in some elements.
• Absence of skip links to bypass repetitive navigation.
• Insufficient colour contrast in certain text and interface elements.
• Buttons without accessible labels or titles.
• Links are not always visually distinguishable from ordinary text.
