Transfers are not included in our holidays. If you want to add a transfer, you can book this in the first booking step.
If you add a transfer to your Sunweb holiday, the drivers always aim to drop off our guests at the door. However, this is not always possible due to local circumstances or regulations. If this is the case for your resort, you will be dropped off as close as possible to your accommodation. You will then have to cover the remaining distance on foot or by taxi (at your own cost).
To provide the best possible service, Sunweb reserves the right to share mobile phone numbers with transfer providers. This way, Sunweb and our suppliers can inform you about the correct departure times.
PLEASE NOTE: A baby must always be specified in the booking process. However, in some cases, the option to book the transfer (in step 1) is not always available for infants. If you are travelling with a baby not mentioned in the booking process, you can email us after making the booking. We will add the transfer for the baby. Our email address is
If you expect to arrive late at your destination, you must inform your accommodation. In the travel documents, you can find the opening hours of the reception and information about what to do in the event of an expected arrival after reception closes.
