It is important to be aware of the following when going on a cruise holiday:

Aboard Celebrity Cruises, you pay with a cruise pass. The cruise pass is also the key to your cabin. You can link the cruise pass to your credit card or make a cash deposit at reception. Do this within 24 hours of boarding the ship.
It is important for your passport to be valid for at least six months on the final day of the cruise. In addition, check Visa Central to see if you need a visa for the country/countries you will visit during your cruise holiday.
At Celebrity Cruises, the working language is English. Reception staff and some crew members may speak other languages as well.
If special access cabins are available, this will show up as a specific search option during the booking process to accommodate passengers with special needs.
Are you pregnant and up for a cruise holiday? Holland America Line welcomes all pregnant people up to 23 weeks in. You will have to submit a medical statement demonstrating you are still able to travel. Of course, the cruise company does this to protect your health and that of your child.

How do I pay on board?

Accepted Answer

At Celebrity Cruises, you pay with your cabin's cruise pass. You can connect your cruise pass to your credit card. Before the last day of your cruise, you will receive the total bill for your cruise at your cabin. The bill is only charged to your credit card if you do not object to the bill.

How and when do I receive my cruise ticket?

You can download your cruise ticket at Celebrity Cruises three days after completing your residual payment. First, you will have to check in on this page. If you do not have a Celebrity Cruises account, you will have to create one first. Once your account is created, click 'add a cruise'. Enter your last name, date of birth and booking number. You will find your Celebrity Cruises booking number under 'My Trip' on the 'my booking' tab at the bottom of the page.

ATTENTION: Celebrity Cruises' check-in remains open up to 72 hours before departure. If you do not check in on time, you will have to bring your booking confirmation to the port.

Are there any Covid-19 restrictions at Celebrity Cruises?

It is no longer mandatory to be fully vaccinated at Celebrity Cruises for travellers departing from ports in the United States, Canada and Europe, with a few exceptions.

The following sailings have a vaccination and/or testing requirement to board:

Cruises to/from Australia and New Zealand
Back-to-Back cruises in Australia/New Zealand
Cruises from/to Brazil
Cruises from/to Chile
Transatlantic/Transpacific cruises

I have special needs, what should I keep in mind?

Celebrity Cruises is all about carefree enjoyment and people with special needs are no exception. When booking your cruise holiday, indicate that you need special assistance during your holiday, such as a wheelchair, medication and other medical necessities. Do this no less than 30 days before departure by completing the SRI form. If you need a sign language interpreter, please indicate this no less than 60 days in advance.
