The nearest place to ski is in the Fügen ski resort, located 1.5km away, and Kaltenbach, located 5km away. The ski bus, which can take you quickly to the several ski lifts in Zillertal, is only 200 metres from the complex.
All of the apartments have a balcony with beautiful mountain views. They also feature a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Landhaus Maridl is just 400 metres from a bakery and a shop, where you can do your daily shopping. After an active day in the mountains, you can relax by the fireplace in the cosy communal lounge.

Hart im Zillertal
HART IM ZILLERTAL is a charming, quiet village in the upper half of the Zillertal Valley; opposite Fügen. Due to the altitude, Hart Im Zillertal has amazing views of the snowy mountains.
There are several beautiful chalets, apartments and hotels in this resort. Not surprisingly, this village is especially popular among families: the village has a quiet location, but only a short distance from the lifts; Spieljoch and Hochzillertal. There is a free ski bus from the village which will take you to the lifts in minutes.

Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps. You need a toll permit for the motorways in Austria. You can buy the permit at the AA in the UK or in Austria at the major border crossings. The European Commission advises you to wear a safety reflector jacket in the event of a break down or accident. This vest can be purchased from the AA in the UK as well.

Discounts 2023/2024:
Ski passes for children born after 01/01/2018 are free. Children born between 01/01/2005 - 31/12/2017 will receive a discount on their ski pass. These discounts can be found in the calculation of your travel sum. Identification is required when collecting the ski pass.
Any surcharges and discounts are only valid upon booking. Other rates are applied locally. It is not possible to redeem your ski pass on another day onsite. An extension of your ski pass can often be booked as an extra; you will find the price for this further in the booking process. A discount for “no ski pass” can also be found during the booking process.
