Val Thorens has been a hugely popular skiing destination for years. At an altitude of 2,300 metres, this village in France is one of the highest ski resorts in Europe. That means guaranteed snow and an extra-long ski season. There are 150km of slopes to explore there, and if you book a ski package through Sunweb, your ski pass for all of Val Thorens will be included. But that’s not all! Val Thorens is also part of the Les Trois Vallées ski area, which is one of the largest interlinked ski areas in the world, with 610 kilometres of slopes. You can choose to expand the ski pass included with your holiday to the whole Les Trois Vallées area. Both beginner and experienced skiers will be in heaven with so many options to choose from, such as the neighbouring resorts of Les Menuires, Méribel, and Courchevel. If you book this expanded ski pass before you leave, you’ll pay significantly less through Sunweb than it would cost on location. Will we see you there?

Fly down the highest zip line in Europe at high speed, taking in the stunning panoramic view. And as if Val Thorens hasn’t broken enough records, it is also home to the longest toboggan run in France: The Cosmojet. After all that adrenaline, you can party until long after the sun has gone down in Val Thorens. Its après-ski scene is legendary, and people travel from all over the world to join in.
Val Thorens in France is one of the highest ski resorts in Europe and its centre is at an altitude of 2300 metres. From there, you can take one of the many ski lifts up to the slopes even higher up. The village of Val Thorens has its own ski area, but it is also part of the larger Les Trois Vallées ski area. This area is the largest continuous ski area in the world. That’s 600km of slopes to explore with just one pass! If that sounds like paradise to you, we recommend expanding your ski pass when booking. You will have to pay significantly more for it on location.
If you need a break from your skis or snowboard, discover one of the many other activities that this huge ski area has to offer. Explore the scenic hiking trails, experience an unforgettable helicopter flight, zoom down the La Tyrolienne zipline at over 60mph, or conquer the mountains on a snowmobile.
