This hotel really has everything you could need for a great holiday in the snow. In the enchanting Kesselgrubs Kinderworld, children will be immersed in a magical setting full of adventure. They can let off steam in both the Adventure Land and the fairytale Winter Wonderland there. From go-karts and trampolines to a children's cinema, a bowling alley, and even ski lessons for the little ones, they’ll be sure to be kept entertained. But that's not all! Discover the beautiful garden of no less than 5000m², where a heated swimming lake and water slides provide endless fun. Animal-lovers can visit the special Kesselgrubs Pets World. There you will find cute chickens, goats, rabbits, and sheep. And how about pony riding at the Kesselgrubs Pony Farm?
After an active day, parents can unwind in the wellness centre, the heated swimming lake, or in the massive swimming pool. In the atmospheric hotel restaurant, an extensive breakfast buffet will be available in the mornings and a delicious dinner menu will be served each evening. For the kids, a special children's menu or children's buffet will be available.
Please note: you must pick up your ski lift pass in Flachau.
The half board consists of:

Shops are usually open from Monday until Friday from 09.00 AM to 18.00 PM (some shops close during the afternoon). Most shops are closed on Sunday.
Travelling by car:
Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps. You need a toll permit for the motorways in Austria. You can buy the permit at the AA in the UK or in Austria at the major border crossings. The European Commission advises you to wear a safety reflector jacket in the event of a break down or accident. This vest can be purchased from the AA in the UK as well.
Voltage:
The voltage is 230 volt.
Mobile telephone:
UK mobile phones work in Austria as well.
Travel documents:
You need to be in the possession of a valid passport to travel to Austria.

Discounts 2022/2023:
The lift pass for children born after 1/1/2017 is free. Children born between 1/1/2004 and 31/12/2016 receive a discount on the lift pass. These discounts can be found in the calculation of your travel sum. Identification is required when collecting the lift pass.
The surcharges and discounts are only when booking. Other rates are applied locally. It is not possible to redeem the lift pass to another day on site. An extension of the lift pass can often be booked extra; you will find the price for this in the further course of the booking steps. The discount for “no lift pass” can also be found in the booking process.
