Résidence Atria Crozats - Extra

Résidence Atria Crozats consists of three modern apartment complexes and is located on the Mélèzes slope in Avoriaz in Les Portes du Soleil, France.

The apartments are modern, tastefully decorated and well-suited for large families or groups of friends. One of the perks of Résidence Atria Crozats is the bread ordering service meaning, no one draws the short straw of having to queue at the bakery as you can pick up freshly baked croissants and rolls at the reception first thing in the morning.

After a great day on the slopes, you can relax in the sauna and the hammam so you can prepare your muscles for the days ahead. For an additional fee, you can also make use of the Deep Nature spa at Résidence L'Amara which is 700m away. You should ask the reception staff for more information.

Ski holidays in Avoriaz take place in “Les Portes du Soleil” ski region and consists of the two villages Avoriaz and Morzine. Skiing in Avoriaz offers 79km of slopes with options for ever level of skier and snowboarder, from beginner to advanced. For beginners on a ski holiday in Avoriaz there are plenty of gentle and easy-to-master slopes and for the dare devils, there is the famous Wall of Avoriaz, considered one of the most difficult pistes to ride in the area. For advanced skiers, skiing in Avoriaz might not be enough. You can always upgrade your lift pass to the bigger area of Les Portes du Soleil where you will have access to 650km of slopes. Due to the high altitude, a ski holiday in Avoriaz offers perfect snow conditions from December until April.

In France, wearing a helmet is not mandatory but recommended (especially for children). In ski classes (for all ages), it is often compulsory.

You must be in possession of a valid passport in order to travel to France.

Food and Drinks:

Cheese, croissants, baguettes and wine! It is possible to drink tap water.

Opening hours:

As a general rule, the shops are open on Monday/Friday from 09:00 to 19:00. However, some shops may close over lunchtime. On Sunday and Monday, a selection of shops are closed. Some supermarkets are open on Sunday mornings.

Travelling by car:
Most motorways in France require you to pay a toll fee. The Pas Piccolo San Bernardo is closed the whole winter (November - June). Always check the locat weather reports before departing.

In some cities and towns it is obligaroty to have a "environmentsl sticker". It is not possible to buy these stickers en route. You will have to order them online before you leave home. French authorities advise you to print out the form and the confirmation of the sticker if it does not arrive at your home in time. You can find the form on:

Transfer

In the booking steps it is possible to book a transfer. If you book a transfer via Sunweb, it will be a shared transfer to and from the resort. Lift pass, lessons and ski/board hire

An Avoriaz ski pass is included in the holiday price.

You can see the surcharges and discounts for extending your ski pass or no ski pass in step 1 (preferences) of the booking process. Ski passes for children up to and including 4 years old are free. If you are entitled to this free ski pass, choose 'no ski pass' when booking. You can pick up the free ski pass onsite by showing your proof of identity.

Any surcharges and discounts are only valid upon booking. Other rates are applied locally. It is not possible to redeem the ski pass on another day onsite. An extension of the ski pass can often be booked as an extra; you will find the price for this further into the booking steps. The discount for “no ski pass” can also be found in the booking process.

This equipment is ideal for beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders. The equipment is particularly manoeuvrable, so it makes turning and braking easy. Parallel skiing is also possible with these skis.

Silver

This is ideal equipment for intermediate skiers and snowboarders. The equipment is manoeuvrable and suitable for cutting corners sharply. Even at high speeds, these skis provide great performance.

Gold

These skis and snowboards are made of high-quality material and are perfect for experienced skiers. They can also be used by skiers who have mastered parallel skiing. This comfortable equipment is suitable for all track types and snow conditions.

Diamond

These are high performance skis and snowboards with the latest technology and are suitable for the most experienced skiers.
