By participating, the entrant agrees to the contents of these terms and conditions.
These offer terms and conditions apply to the promotional offer of Rotterdam Leisure Holding B.V. (hereinafter: 'Sunweb') organised to promote its new advertising campaign ’Sunweb & Protest Giveaway’ (hereinafter referred to as: the offer).
The offer is valid from 30/12/2023 to 31/01/2024. No charges other than the usual communication charges apply to this offer.
Participation is by: Follow @ProtestSportswear and @Sunweb on Instagram and tag three friends and tell us your funniest winter sports memory.
There is one prize. The prize concerns a 5-day stay for 4 in Les Deux Alpes (French Alps), and with the total Protest ski gear for all 4 participants (worth approx. 4000 EURO). The execution of the prize is subject to the general terms and conditions of Sunweb. Sunweb will take care of deduction and declaration of tax on games of chance, based on the part that each brand is delivering.
The price includes accommodation (based on bed & breakfast), lift pass and ski hire (Skiset Eco). Further costs are not included.
The 5-day stay will take place during 23/24 ski season between 02/02/2024 and 30/04/2024, on the condition that travel is actually possible.
The winner is responsible for valid insurance, travel and health documents.
The winner of this offer will be chosen on 02/02/2024 by Sunweb on the basis of adhering to all conditions to validate the participation.
The winner will be personally notified on 02/02/2024 by Instagram.
The entrant agrees to have his/her name published on Instagram.
The winning entrant must respond within a week of being announced as the winner to redeem the prize.
Employees of Sunweb Group are excluded from participation.
The entrant automatically grants permission for publication of the entry and execution of the prize in the broadest sense, including, but not limited to, use for all possible media, including the Internet and national daily and weekly newspapers, and for an indefinite period of time.
Participation in this offer and competing for the prize is only possible if the entrant himself/herself provides his/her correct personal data. Sunweb has the right at any time to ask an entrant to show a copy of a valid identification document.
Minors under the age of 18 can only enter and/or receive the prize with the consent of their legal guardians (to be provided immediately on request).
Sunweb reserves the right to exclude entrants from the offer or prize at any time if it believes that the entrant has breached one or more entry conditions, provided inaccurate or incomplete information or otherwise acted in a legally impermissible manner.
The prize cannot be changed or exchanged for cash. If a trip cannot take place due to special circumstances, the winner is not entitled to payment or replacement. The prize is transferable only with the prior consent of Sunweb and this may be subject to additional (financial) conditions.
Sunweb reserves the right to discontinue the offer at any time without giving reasons or to change the terms and conditions of the offer in the interim.
These offer terms and conditions and the result are not subject to discussion.
Instagram and other auxiliaries and/or third parties engaged by Sunweb are not liable for damage of any kind arising from participation in this offer.
Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be relied on and in no way constitute an obligation for Sunweb
If an entrant has a complaint in connection with the offer, the entrant may inform Sunweb thereof within 10 working days after the complaint arose or could reasonably be discovered by sending a letter to Sunweb, PO Box 1439, 3000 BK in Rotterdam, stating 'complaint promotional offer game of chance'. Sunweb will consider the complaint and contact the entrant about how it intends to settle it. If the complaint has not been settled to the complainant's satisfaction, with regard to promotional games of chance there is the option of filing a complaint with the Netherlands Gambling Authority.
Any disputes arising therefrom or from the offer shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Rotterdam.
These terms and conditions and related offer are governed by Dutch law.
The entrant has obtained permission from persons, other than the entrant himself/herself, who are visible in the published photograph.
Sunweb is not liable for any loss, delay or defect to or due to the prize won in any form whatsoever. Only the manufacturer's and/or supplier's usual warranty shall apply to the prizes won and/or to be won if such warranty exists and is applicable.
Sunweb is not liable and/or responsible for any costs incurred by the entrant in the offer in relation to participation in the offer or further use of the prize.
Sunweb and the auxiliary persons or third parties engaged by it and/or otherwise involved by Sunweb in relation to this offer are not directly or indirectly liable for any damage and/or injury in any form whatsoever as a result of use or deployment of the prizes paid out and/or participation in the offer.
