These terms and conditions apply to the promotion organised by Rotterdam Leisure Holding B.V. (hereafter ‘Sunweb’) for the “social media giveaway - win a €450 Sunweb voucher (hereinafter referred to as 'the promotion').
Promotion Details:
- The promotion is valid from 16th January 2026 and runs until 20th February 2026. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
Prize
- There is one price.
- The prize includes: a €450 Sunweb voucher
- The voucher is valid until 30 April 2027 and can only be used on Sunweb ski holidays
- The voucher is not redeemable for cash, not valid for group bookings, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Consent & Use of Content
- By participating in the giveaway – either by uploading content via the upload link or by sharing content on social media – participants agree to the competition terms and conditions.
- This means that participants grant Sunweb Group GmbH permission to use submitted photos or videos for Sunweb channels and marketing purposes.

Participation

Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Employees of Sunweb Group GmbH, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must complete the entry form by providing their full name and a valid email address.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
- If the winner does not respond within seven days of the notification email, Sunweb reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their name mentioned on Sunweb's social media and newsletter.
Conditions
- The execution of the prize is subject to the general terms and conditions of Sunweb, which can be found here.
- Sunweb will take care of the deduction and declaration of any applicable tax on games of chance.
- The winner is responsible for arranging and possessing valid travel and health documents, including passports, visas (if applicable), and travel insurance.
- If the trip cannot take place due to special circumstances, no compensation or replacement will be provided.
- Participants must provide correct details upon sign-up. Sunweb reserves the right to request valid identification to verify eligibility.
- Sunweb reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion or the prize at any time if it believes that the participant has violated one or more participation conditions, provided incorrect or incomplete information, or otherwise acted in a legally impermissible manner.
- These terms and conditions and the result are not subject to discussion.
- Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be relied on and in no way constitute an obligation for Sunweb.
Liability and Privacy
- Sunweb is not responsible for any damages arising from participation or issues related to the promotion.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other auxiliaries and/or third parties engaged by Sunweb are not liable for damage of any kind arising from participation in this offer.
- Sunweb prioritises your privacy and processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
Miscellaneous
- Sunweb reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion without prior notice.
- Any disputes related to the promotion will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Rotterdam and are governed by Dutch law.
