By participating, the participant agrees to the content of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to the promotion organised by Rotterdam Leisure Holding B.V. (hereafter ‘Sunweb’) for the “Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld Ski Holiday Giveaway” (hereinafter referred to as 'the promotion').
Promotion Details:
- The promotion is valid from 3 December 2024 and runs until 2 January 2025.
- One winner will be selected through random selection on 7 January 2025.
Prize
- The prize includes:
- A 4-day (3-night) stay at Hotel Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld, including half-board.
- A 4-day ski pass for Skiarena Kärnten Nassfeld-Hermagor.
- Ski equipment rental and transport costs are not included in the prize.
- The prize is for a departure at the end of March 2025. While Sunweb will strive to agree on a departure date with the winner, the date is subject to availability.
Participation
- Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors under 18 may only participate with the consent of a legal guardian.
- To enter, participants must sign up for the Sunweb Ski newsletter during the promotion period.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected randomly by Sunweb and contacted on 7 January 2025 via email.
- The winner must accept the prize within 7 days from being contacted. Otherwise Sunweb holds the right to withdraw the prize.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their name mentioned on Sunweb's social media and newsletter.
- Sunweb reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion or the prize at any time if it believes that the participant has violated one or more participation conditions, provided incorrect or incomplete information, or otherwise acted legally impermissibly.
Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- If the trip cannot take place due to special circumstances, no compensation or replacement will be provided.
- The prize can only be transferred with prior approval from Sunweb, and additional (financial) conditions may apply.
- Participants must provide correct details upon sign-up. Sunweb reserves the right to request valid identification to verify eligibility.
- Employees of Sunweb Group are excluded from participation.
- These terms and conditions and the result are not subject to discussion.
- Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be relied on and in no way constitute an obligation for Sunweb.
Liability and Privacy
- Sunweb is not responsible for any damages arising from participation or issues related to the promotion.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other auxiliaries and/or third parties engaged by Sunweb are not liable for damage of any kind arising from participation in this offer.
- Sunweb prioritises your privacy and processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
Miscellaneous
- Sunweb reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion without prior notice.
- Any disputes related to the promotion will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Rotterdam and are governed by Dutch law.
