By participating, the participant agrees to the content of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to the promotion organised by Rotterdam Leisure Holding B.V. (hereafter ‘Sunweb’) for the “Ski Holiday Giveaway at Hotel Crystal” (hereinafter referred to as 'the promotion').
Promotion Details:
- The promotion is valid from 25th March 2025 and runs until 29th April 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
- One winner will be selected through random selection on 30th April 2025.
Prize
- There is one price.
- The prize includes:
- A 5-day ski holiday for two at Hotel Crystal in Fügen, Austria.
- Accommodation is based on half-board.
- A 4-day lift pass for two.
- The trip must take place in January 2026. The exact dates will be confirmed with the winner.
- Transportation to and from the destination, as well as any additional expenses (such as equipment rental, insurance, or meals outside the hotel), are not included in the prize.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
Participation

Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Employees of Sunweb Group GmbH and Hotel Crystal, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must complete the entry form by providing their full name and a valid email address.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry in the week commencing 30th April 2025.
- If the winner does not respond within seven days of the notification email, Sunweb reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their name mentioned on Sunweb's social media and newsletter.
Conditions
- The execution of the prize is subject to the general terms and conditions of Sunweb, which can be found here.
- Sunweb will take care of the deduction and declaration of any applicable tax on games of chance.
- The winner is responsible for arranging and possessing valid travel and health documents, including passports, visas (if applicable), and travel insurance.
- If the trip cannot take place due to special circumstances, no compensation or replacement will be provided.
- Participants must provide correct details upon sign-up. Sunweb reserves the right to request valid identification to verify eligibility.
- Sunweb reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion or the prize at any time if it believes that the participant has violated one or more participation conditions, provided incorrect or incomplete information, or otherwise acted in a legally impermissible manner.
- These terms and conditions and the result are not subject to discussion.
- Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be relied on and in no way constitute an obligation for Sunweb.
Liability and Privacy
- Sunweb is not responsible for any damages arising from participation or issues related to the promotion.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other auxiliaries and/or third parties engaged by Sunweb are not liable for damage of any kind arising from participation in this offer.
- Sunweb prioritises your privacy and processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
Miscellaneous
- Sunweb reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion without prior notice.
- Any disputes related to the promotion will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Rotterdam and are governed by Dutch law.
