The construction of this beautiful complex mainly uses natural materials such as wood and stone, which gives the whole a warm appearance. The luxurious apartments, all with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, guarantee an unforgettable stay in Ladis. The Sonnenbahn that takes you to the centre of the ski area in the morning is 900 meters away.
The apartments offer the perfect combination of a modern interior with traditional typical Austrian touches. They are spacious and offer a high quality of comfort. You can completely relax on the wonderfully soft beds. In addition, there is a nice, luxurious living room, a trendy bathroom and open kitchen with all amenities including a Nespresso machine.
After such a day on the slopes, you can relax in the luxurious wellness of VAYA Ladis. Swim some relaxing laps in the heated indoor pool or warm up your muscles in the soothing sauna and Turkish bath.
The trendy lounge of VAYA Ladis is decorated in the style of a traditional Austrian mountain hut, where you can enjoy a delicious drink by the crackling wood fire after skiing and before or after dinner. In the charming and stylishly decorated restaurant, you can dine every evening in a nice setting, but of course, you can also prepare something yourself in the cosy kitchen of your apartment.

The charming and quiet village of Ladis is located in the popular area: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. This typical Austrian town with charming alleys with shops and restaurants is a perfect base for a winter sports holiday in Austria. With the Sonnenbahn you reach the vast ski area. Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis has more than 210 kilometres of slopes.
Unlike the other places in the area: Fiss & Serfaus, Ladis is a very quieter place. So if you really come for skiing and want to enjoy quiet and typical Austrian hospitality, Ladis is the place to stay! The versatile and very popular ski area is known for being very child-friendly and every type of skier can use it.

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis
Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is near, near the Swiss and Italian borders with no shortage of sunshine.. Since 1999 the area has undergone extensive development and now has more than 212 km of skiing fun for the entire family to enjoy. The slopes extend to an altitude of 2,820 meters and are tailored to suit all levels of skiing abilities. Experienced skiers can head straight to the Abfahrten Obere Scheid and Masnerkopf, while beginners will feel more comfortable on the slopes around the Mittleren Sattelkopf . There are more than 200 sunny days here per year, so pack the sun cream and get ready for spectacular views.
There are numerous snow cannons to ensure perfect snow conditions. Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is known as the most family-friendly ski resort in the Alps. This is largely due to the numerous child care facilities, great ski schools and play areas. On the other hand, the après-ski scene is less extensive than in Tyrolean ski resorts. However, there are plenty of options available for those who are interested in celebrating a successful day on the pistes.

Opening times shops:
Shops are usually open from Monday until Friday from 09.00 AM to 18.00 PM (some shops close during the afternoon). Most shops are closed on Sunday.
Travelling by car:
Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps. You need a toll permit for the motorways in Austria. You can buy the permit at the AA in the UK or in Austria at the major border crossings. The European Commission advises you to wear a safety reflector jacket in the event of a break down or accident. This vest can be purchased from the AA in the UK as well.

The voltage is 230 volt.
Mobile telephone:
UK mobile phones work in Austria as well.
Travel documents:
You need to be in the possession of a valid passport to travel to Austria.

Discounts 2022/2023:
The ski pass for children born after 1/1/2017 is free. Children born between 1/1/2004 and 31/12/2016, and seniors born up to and including 31/12/1958, will receive a discount on the ski pass. These discounts can be found in the calculation of your travel sum. Identification is required when collecting the ski pass.
Any surcharges and discounts are only valid upon booking. Other rates are applied locally. It is not possible to redeem the ski pass on another day onsite. An extension of the ski pass can often be booked as an extra; you will find the price for this further into the booking steps. The discount for “no ski pass” can also be found in the booking process.

This equipment is ideal for beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders. The equipment is particularly agile, so it makes turning and braking easy. Parallel skiing is also possible with these skis.
Silver
This is ideal equipment for intermediate skiers and snowboarders. The equipment is agile, but also suitable for cutting corners sharply. Even at high speeds, these skis provide great performance.
Gold
These skis and snowboards are made of high quality material, and are perfect for experienced skiers. This comfortable equipment is suitable on all track types and snow conditions.
Diamond
These are high performance skis and snowboards with the latest technology, and are suitable for the most experienced skiers.
