Where can I collect my lift pass?

The collection of the lift passes varies per resort as the destinations have different rules and regulations. In some resorts the lift passes will be collected by the Sunweb guide. If there is a Sunweb guide on destination, you will receive an email and/or text message from our guide with arrival information. This information will also include where you can collect your lift passes.


In some resorts, you will be able to collect your lift pass from the lift pass desk yourself. The instructions for your destination will be stated on your travel vouchers. 


You will be able to read detailed information on the travel vouchers, which you will receive (via email) approximately 10 days before departure. If you have booked a last-minute holiday, we will email you the tickets as soon as you have paid. 


Good to know: some lift passes can be collected by showing your Gästekarte. You will receive the Gästekarte when checking in at your accommodation.
