What are the payment options?

We offer the following payment options:

Mastercard  

Visa 

Trustly (instant bank payment) 

Bank transfer*  


*It is not possible to pay via bank transfer to secure a booking including flights. You will have to pay the deposit using Visa/Mastercard for this. If you have booked a holiday more than 6 weeks before departure, you will be able to pay the remaining balance via bank transfer. If you have booked a self-drive holiday that does not include flights, you will be able to pay the deposit via bank transfer as you will not be requested to pay the deposit as part of the booking steps. You will be able to transfer the deposit to our bank account as soon as you have received the invoice. If you have booked a self-drive holiday that departs within 6 weeks, you can pay the full amount via bank transfer. 


Internet banking

With the use of internet banking, you can transfer the payment to our bank account stating your booking number. Please note: for departures within one week, please pay via Visa or Mastercard to prevent any potential delays. 


Payment from abroad

If you want to pay from abroad then you can transfer the outstanding payment to our bank account. You need the following details for this:

Important tips: Please remember to include your booking number. Please note: For transfers from abroad we require a proof of payment/booking from your bank to be sent to our fax number.


We will send an automatic confirmation email via email as soon as the payment has been processed by our admin team. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within a week, please refer to your bank and send us your proof of payment via email and we will look into the situation and get back to you. 


If you stick to the payment deadlines, we will send you your travel documents 7-10 days before departure.
