If the travel advice changes due to COVID-19

Are you planning on booking a ski holiday but are concerned that you will not get your money back if the travel advice changes in regards to COVID-19? Do you have a Refund Credit Note and are hesitant to rebook because you don't want to get another one as a result of COVID-19? If so, there is no need to worry! At Sunweb, we may not know what the official travel advice will be, but we have been working hard to make sure the run-up to your holiday is as stress-free as possible by committing to refunding your cash within 14 days for all bookings. 

 

Cash refunded within 14 days for all bookings

  • If the foreign travel advice for your destination changes 2 weeks before your departure, due to COVID-19, you will get your cash refunded within 14 days. 
  • All refunds will be returned directly to your bank account within 14 days, even if you booked the holiday using a Refund Credit Note or Holiday Refund Note.
  • As soon as we are notified about your holiday being unable to go ahead within two weeks before your departure, we will contact you via e-mail. 
  • If you book a last-minute holiday (within 6 weeks of departure) and your destination has negative travel advice, you can still take advanatge of our Premium Exchange Guarantee and rebook your holiday up to 2 weeks before departure.
