2-room apartment type I: one of the apartments features a separate living room adjacent to the bedroom that cannot be closed off with a door. The two spaces can, however, be separated by a curtain. These are located on the top floor (under the roof).

3-room apartment type III is situated under a sloping roof.

All apartments are equipped with a baby cot, although there is not enough space to place one in every bedroom. There is always room to place the cot in the living room.
