Kitzbühel

Luxury and leisure

The cosmopolitan town of Kitzbühel is a luxury ski resort in Austria. Its charming centre features authentically alpine buildings in vibrant colours, and several excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants. Despite its high prestige and popularity, its historic centre still has many picturesque houses, facades, and churches, and has retained its Tyrolean style. It also has no shortage of high-quality accommodation, including luxury hotels and ski-in, ski-out apartments. The nightlife is lively there and has something for everyone, including the popular Take Five bar & club and Casino Kitzbühel. Don’t miss a visit to the ALPENIGLU Village for your chance to try your hand at ice carving, surrounded by 18 igloos, an ice bar, and an exhibition of cool ice sculptures. For a refreshing dip, head to the Aquarena public swimming pool just outside the centre of Kitzbühel.

Skiing in Kitzbühel

Kitzbühel is part of the Kirchberg-Kitzbühel ski area, together with Kirchberg, Jochberg, Mittersill, and Aurach. Every skier and snowboarder will find something for them in this ski area. It has approximately 168 kilometres of well-maintained slopes and a snowpark for snowboarders on the Kitzbüheler Horn. With the KitzSki ski pass included in your Sunweb holiday package to Kitzbühel, you can explore the whole ski area in just one trip. Thanks to its modern and highly effective snow cannon system, you will also have great skiing conditions in Kitzbühel, regardless of the snow forecast.
