Skiing in Val di Fiemme

General information

Val di Fiemme is a ski resort in the southern area of the Dolomites. This southern location makes it a very sunny ski area. But you don't have to worry about the quality of the snow. Many snow cannons ensure that there is always enough snow. This ski area is known to have many traditional mountain restaurants. For example, the Weigler-Weigleralmhut at 2000 meters, which serves delicious traditional regional dishes. The ski area is ideal for beginners and slightly advanced skiers due to its wide slopes.

Val di Fiemme is ideal for cross-country skiers - the cross-country skiing world championships have been organized here several times! The cross-country skiing centre is located at 1800 meters and there are approximately 150 kilometres of trails for every level.

In the smaller Alpe Cermis ski area, Olimpia is the longest slope no less than 7.5 kilometres. Here you will not have enough eyes to take in the fairytale environment.
