Travel information relating to the Coronavirus

All over Italy, masks must be worn on both in- and outdoor public spaces from the age of 6. In South Tyrol it has recently been recommended to wear an FFP2 mask, this is not officially mandatory.
Covid-19 test before departure or wait in quarantine
A negative COVID PCR test is mandatory. The test must be taken within 48 hours before departure. This is mandatory for all arrivals no matter the transportation type.
Covid-19 test upon arrival in destination
If you did not complete a test before arrival you will need to complete a test at a local GGD and wait in quarantine for the results.
Health declaration
It is mandatory for all passengers to fill in a passenger locator form 48 before arriving/returning to the UK. The form can be found here.
If you do not have a negative PCR test on arrival in Italy, you must be tested within 48 hours, otherwise it is mandatory to go 14 days in quarantine at a specific address.
Maximum persons together outdoors
Groups are prohibited on the street, in parks and in front of bars / restaurants

There is a curfew from 10 PM to 5 AM in all regions. There is also a travel ban between regions.

Public transport / taxi
Regional authorities can set their own rules to combat crowds. This includes restrictions on the maximum number of people per mode of transport, etc. For children aged 3-6 years old a mask is mandatory when travelling on all forms of public transport in Turion region.
The opening of catering depends on the color code of a region. Bars and restaurants in Italy are closed from 6 pm. The catering industry is completely closed in red regions.

General information

Predazzo is located at an altitude of 1000 meters in the centre of Val di Fiemme. The Val di Fiemme - Obereggen ski area reaches an altitude of 2,440 meters, making this destination snow-sure. The  Predazzo - Gardonè lift connects the village to the Ski Center Latemar ski area, via this lift you also have access to the Bellamonte - Alpe Lusia ski area. The slopes are easy to intermediate, making this an ideal ski area for beginners and families. In addition to skiing, you can also enjoy cross-country skiing and snowboarding in this area. Predazzo is best known for its quiet and beautiful surroundings. This town has a pleasant village centre with a number of charming shops, bars and restaurants. You will also find 30 kilometres of hiking trails here, where torchlight hikes are also held regularly.
