Terms and Conditions for Best Price Guarantee 

If the lead booker can prove that they have found the same holiday, for the same price via another travel provider active in the UK then they can claim the Lowest Price Guarantee. The lead booker can claim this refund via email, within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation email from Sunweb. This email should include screenshots of the final booking step on one of our competitors' websites and the Sunweb reservation number. 

For example, you may want to send print screen(s) or photo(s) to clearly show the various travel elements, as well as the applicable price at that time, the date and time when the evidence was collected, should all be clearly stated. This will help us work quickly and effectively. 


Once Sunweb has enough information the price on the website will be adjusted. The price on your invoice will also be adjusted - we will deduct an extra £25 from the total price of the holiday. 


Reimbursement can be requested once and should always occur within 48 hours of the original reservation. In the absence of this, the right to reimbursement lapses.

  • The guarantee is only valid for ski holidays booked via
  • It concerns a price comparison of an identical package tour (lift pass + hotel + possible transport). For the price comparison, all travel elements must be the same, these travel elements include (but are not limited to):

- The same hotel and board type

- The same room type

- The same length of stay

- The same arrival & departure date

- The same duration and starting date of the lift pass


  •  It concerns a price comparison excluding ski lessons and/or equipment.
  • It concerns a price comparison including reservation costs and contingency fund contribution.
  • It concerns the package price of the entire travel group and not per participant.
  • Specific personal promotions, discount based on discount codes, and or promotions of another travel organizer (employee discount, discount via clubs, personal discounts, ...) or additional publications (often one-off (online) promotions, flyers, ...) are not eligible.
  • It concerns a price comparison with a trip from another UK-based travel organization that at the time of the comparison must also still be available and can be booked under the same booking conditions (ABTA). 
  • If you have already paid for your holiday, we will refund the overpaid amount to your account within 3 working days.
