Location and surroundings

Bramberg

The friendly village of Bramberg is located at the foot of the Wildkogel. This is also where one of the longest sleighing tracks in Europe ends. Bramberg is a beautiful, authentic winter sports village with some fantastic options both on and off piste. You will find a nursery slope on the Wennser Glacier. This is also the meeting point for the ski school. The ski bus to Neukirchen and the Ski Arena Wildkogel departs from the centre; One option is to take the 14 kilometer long red run which takes you back down to Bramberg! Great restaurants serving local delicacies like the traditional wienerschnitzel, a pub and an Austrian bar for the après ski make the offer complete.

Ski-Arena Wildkogel / Neukirchen & Bramberg

The ski area of Neukirchen and Bramberg is located on the WildKogel and the Frühmesserberg. From here you have a fantastic view over the Salzachtal between the Gerlos pass and Zell am See. The Wildkogel Ski-Arena belongs to the National Park Hohe Tauern, the largest protected nature reserve in Austria.

Due to its high altitude location there is a steady snow record here providing ideal conditions for both novice and advanced skiers and boarders. The energetic skiers and boarders can burn their energy on the long descents and the challenging deep snow fields.

For week and midweek holidays to Neukirchen the Zillertaler Super Skipas (incl. glacier) is included in the price of the holiday. If you want to book a holiday to Bramberg then you can organise the lift pass on location and this is not included in the price of the holiday. With this lift pass you can venture into the Ski-Arena Wildkogel, but also into the resorts of the Zillertal like the Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofen and Fügen. These villages are easily reached by ski bus. With the Mini Ski option a lift pass for the Ski-Arena Wildkogel is included. You will get the lift pass on a key card for which you need to pay a deposit of approximately € 2,-.
