In a unique, quiet location in Obergurgl, about 1.5 kilometres from the ski lift and the slopes of Obergurgl, you will find the luxurious Hotel Mühle Resort 1.900. This luxury resort offers beautiful rooms in comfortable Alpine style and a large wellness area. It also has a fantastic restaurant.
The decor of the rooms is inspired by the Alps and is minimalist chic. Partly because of the beautiful combination of wood and the warm colours, you will immediately feel at home here. In the morning, a very extensive breakfast buffet is ready for you so that you can start your ski day full of energy. And in the evening, a luxurious dinner is served in the stylish restaurant. You can enjoy the tastiest local and international dishes here.
In the stylish (wine) bar, you can enjoy a good glass of wine or a nice beer. Fancy some relaxation? Then visit the extensive wellness area. After a long day on the slopes, you can fully relax here. There is a beautiful indoor pool where you can swim some relaxing laps, and you will also find several saunas and a Turkish steam bath here. For a fee, you can also book various massages and beauty treatments.
What makes this resort so unique?
- The ski bus stops in front of the door and runs every 10 minutes
- In the morning, there is also a Mühle shuttle service. This hotel bus takes you to Obergurgl or Hochgurgl in the morning (between 8.30 a.m – 9.30 a.m)

The half-board consists of:

Obergurgl

What distinguishes Obergurgl from other ski areas in Europe is its snow-surety. Due to the elevation of its slopes, which reach up to 3,080 metres, there is almost always snow on them. But it's not all about snow conditions. Obergurgl also has an impressive range of pistes and skiing routes, with over 110 kilometres of ski slopes on offer. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced skier, there is something for everyone.
In addition to the slopes, you’ll also be spoilt for choice in places to stay. From luxurious hotels to cosy apartments and chalets, there are options for all types of travellers. Obergurgl is also a great place for some fun. You will find many lovely alpine cabins and restaurants there, right by the slopes. Find a spot on one of their sunny terraces to experience the true charm of Obergurgl. If you don’t feel like skiing, you can also go snowshoeing and soak-up the stunning mountain views. After returning from the slopes, you can enjoy the vibrant après-ski scene at the hotels, bars, and stubes, including live music at some of the nightclubs.

Travelling by car:
Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps. You need a toll permit for the motorways in Austria. You can buy the permit at the AA in the UK or in Austria at the major border crossings. The European Commission advises you to wear a safety reflector jacket in the event of a break down or accident. This vest can be purchased from the AA in the UK as well.

The voltage is 230 volt.

Lift pass, lessons and ski/board hire
An Öztal Sölden-Obergurgl/Hochgurgl ski pass is included in the tour price. Ski passes of 3 days duration or longer are automatically valid for the entirety of Ötztal (an Ötztal Super Skipass).

Discounts for 2023/2024:
Ski passes for children born after 01/01/2020 are free. Children born between 01/01/2004 - 31/12/2019, and seniors born up to and including 31/12/1949, will receive a discount on their ski pass. These discounts can be found in the calculation of your travel sum. Identification is required when collecting the ski pass.
Any surcharges and discounts are only valid upon booking. Other rates are applied locally. It is not possible to redeem your ski pass on another day onsite. An extension of your ski pass can often be booked as an extra; you will find the price for this further in the booking process. A discount for “no ski pass” can also be found during the booking process.

This equipment is ideal for beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders. The equipment is particularly manoeuvrable, so it makes turning and braking easy. Parallel skiing is also possible with these skis.
Silver
This is ideal equipment for intermediate skiers and snowboarders. The equipment is manoeuvrable and suitable for cutting corners sharply. Even at high speeds, these skis provide great performance.
Gold
These skis and snowboards are made of high-quality material and are perfect for experienced skiers. They can also be used by skiers who have mastered parallel skiing. This comfortable equipment is suitable for all track types and snow conditions.
Diamond
These are high performance skis and snowboards with the latest technology and are suitable for the most experienced skiers.
