School Holidays

Spoil the little ones this ski season

But remember, school holiday skiing isn't only for the kids

Skiing during the school holidays isn’t exclusively for young families; there is loads of activities that everyone can enjoy.

Christmas and New Year’s ski holidays usually mean parties, traditional dinners and beautiful fireworks displays. Most resorts will decorate the area with traditional lights and fittings, turning the entire area into a magical getaway that both the kids and the adults will enjoy.

Half-term with the kids means a week of trying to distract them so they don’t create a mess as the rain pours outside, dampening the mood. A ski holiday is the perfect way to distract them throughout half-term with the great snow conditions, gorgeous mountainous surroundings and a day full of activity.

Easter is a fantastic time for a ski holiday due to the vast amount of sunshine and longer days to enjoy the slopes. For the best chance of good snow, it’s always better to try one of the high altitude resorts including Val Thorens, Les Deux Alpes, Mayrhofen, St. Anton and Kaprun.
