Skiing in Voels am Schlern

About Voels am Schlern

In South Tyrol lies the municipality of Vols am Schlern, known in Italian as Fiè allo Sciliar. This village is located just a few kilometers from the gondola that takes you up to Seiser Alm, the largest alpine meadow in Europe. It is an excellent ski area for beginners, with gentle, wide slopes that are easy to navigate. The area is also very family-friendly, thanks to dedicated practice slopes and playgrounds for children.

For those seeking more of a challenge, there is a fun park—one of the largest in South Tyrol. Other villages, such as Tiers, Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, and Ortisei, as well as additional ski areas, can easily be reached by ski bus.
