Ponte di Legno

Simply Charming

Whilst the nearby Passo Tonale feels more modernised, Ponte di Legno has retained its charm over the years and is still an authentic Italian village. This makes it the perfect mountain retreat for a quiet ski holiday. The village is located at an altitude of 1258 metres and has a cosy centre with a number of delightful shops and great restaurants. Here, you can enjoy yourself and relax after an active day in the beautiful ski area.

Map

PontediLegno-Tonale

PontediLegno-Tonale may not ring a bell, but it is an undiscovered gem. This beautiful ski area in Italy, which was previously known as Adamello Ski, offers a total of 100 kilometres of varied piste for every type of skier. With glacier skiing and peaks above 3000 metres, snow is guaranteed there. The ski area is usually open from the beginning of November all the way until the end of April.

Whilst beginners will find plenty to entertain themselves with around Passo Tonale, there are also a few spectacular descents for those looking for a bit more of a challenge. Don’t miss the 3-kilometre-long black Paradiso slope, which descends over 700 metres. You can even start from the top of the Presena Glacier and descend all the way down to Ponte di Legno, dropping 1740m in height over approximately 11 kilometres.

  • Suitable for all skill levels
