The village of Villeneuve is one of the newer villages in the region of Salle-les Alpes and is located at an altitude of 1400 meters. It is also the birth place of the French ski champion Luc Alphand who can still be seen skiing here regularly. This lively village has something to offer for everyone.
With one of several lifts departing from the village centre you can easily reach an altitude of 2400 meters. Villeneuve is situated in the middle of the ski resort Serre Chevalier Valllée making it easy for you to visit the pistes in these other areas as well.
