Hotel Alphof - Half Board

Hotel Alphof is an authentically Austrian and family-friendly hotel, just 50 metres from the picturesque centre of Fulpmes. The ski lift is 800 metres away, and the ski bus that stops in front of the hotel can quickly take you there, or to the slightly further Stubai Glacier. The rooms are spacious and traditionally furnished, and all have a balcony with a fantastic view of the surroundings.

When you come back tired from the slopes in the afternoon, you can warm up your muscles in the wellness area of Hotel Alphof. You can enjoy the sauna, infrared cabin, and Turkish steam bath there. For a fee, you can also book a relaxing massage or beauty treatment. In the meantime, the children can play in the beautiful playroom or watch TV in the TV room. In the atmospheric restaurant, a delicious breakfast buffet will be waiting for you each morning, and in the evening you can enjoy a delicious four-course dinner.

Fulpmes

The village of Fulmes, that is typified by its many wrought iron gables and balconies, is situated at a height of 960 metres. The village has its own skiing area called Schlick 2000. This area has approximately 23 kilometres of pistes and two cable cars. There is, of course, access to the extensive Stubaital area. Apart from skiing there’s plenty to do in Fulpmes. You are in the right place for après ski and for various sport activities such as snow scootering and parasailing.

If you book a holiday to Fulpmes, a Schlick 2000 ski pass will be included. For a surcharge, you can also expand your ski pass into the whole Stubai Valley with a Stubai Ski Pass. You will then have access to the Schlick 2000 (25km of slopes and 9 ski lifts), Elfer (9km of slopes and 4 ski lifts), Serles (5.7km of slopes and 5 ski lifts), and Stubai Glacier (65km of slopes and 26 ski lifts) ski areas.

Map

Stubaital

The Stubaital is an elongated valley south of Innsbruck. The glacier at the end of the valley is, of course, the main attraction of the area. Good quality snow lies here for the whole year and in the pre and late season you will regularly come across ski teams who come here from all over the world. The glacier skiing area consists of 20 ski lifts and approximately 55 kilometres of skiing pistes that vary from the very simple to the more difficult. There are also three other skiing areas in the valley;  the Elfer skiing area at Neustift ( 9kms. of pistes and 4 ski lifts), the Serles skiing area at Mieders ( 7kms. of pistes and 4 ski lifts ) and the Schlick skiing area at Fulpmes ( consisting of 18 kms. of pistes  and 8 ski lifts )
