Skiing in Mühlbach am Hochkönig

Mühlbach is new to Sunweb Holiday’s choice of destinations this year and is located in the ski resort of Hochkönigs Winterreich with connections to Maria Alm. This welcoming village sits on the Schneeberg at an altitude of 1921 meters. Entertainment is a top priority here, much to the liking of visiting families with children who are especially well catered for in Hochkönig.

It is a peaceful village with a few lovely restaurants where you can enjoy the local specialties. The evenings never really get crowded either. Instead there are a few cosy and modest après-ski options here.

There are two cross country skiing tracks in Mühlbach with a combined length of 10 kilometers. There are good hiking options too with 30 kilometers of hiking trails set out in the area. If you would you like to try sleighing there are also three sleigh pistes with a combined length of 6,9 kilometers.
