Sporthotel Xander is a snow-sure location in the Leutasch Valley of the Seefeld region. This luxury hotel includes a spa, an indoor pool, a beauty centre, and a modern gym. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring a seating area and a TV. In addition, all of the rooms have balconies with scenic views of the area.
After a day on the slopes you can relax in the extensive spa. Unwind in the bio sauna, the Finnish sauna, the steam bath or the infrared cabin. There is also a games room, where you can enjoy billiards, darts, table football, table tennis, and pinball. Restaurant Kirchenwirt serves delicious Tyrolean specialties and international cuisine, and after you’re done skiing there will be tasty snacks, cake, and soup waiting for you.

Leutasch
Leutasch is a village in the Leutasch valley, a fairly quiet area with a lot of natural beauty. Just 10 kilometres away, you will find the town of Seefeld, where you will also find several ski lifts. There are many sports activities available, so whatever you wish to do, you will not be disappointed with this beautiful area.
A Happy Ski Card pass is included with your holiday to Leutasch, but it is not valid in Leutasch itself. If you want to use the ski lifts in Leutasch, you will have to purchase a ski pass for Hochmoos on-site.

Region Seefeld – Tirols Hochplateau
The sunny ski resort of Seefeld has three parts: the Geigenbühel, directly in the centre, for the beginners, the Roßhütte and Geschwandtkopf for the advanced skier.
For cross-country skiers, Seefeld Leutasch is a true paradise. The region offers no less than 297 kilometres of trails that often run through the woods. So there is room for cross country skiing.
In Rosshütte there is plenty to enjoy, such as the halfpipe and the toboggan run. Walkers in the Olympia Region Seefeld have plenty to see with no less than 142 kilometres of cleared hiking trails. Besides skiing, snowboarding you can enjoy the scenery while hiking and cross-country skiing. There are also many other activities to be undertaken such as curling and snow rafting. At various places in the area, you can make use of free Wi-Fi to keep in touch with home. Easy contact For the latest news, weather, track and much more, there is the iSeefeld app which is a free download.
In the area, a number of snow cannons for good snow ensures that Seefeld is, therefore, the ideal place for all winter. With the Happy Ski Card, you can go to the lifts of the Bergbahnen Rosshütte, Geschwandtkopflifte, Geigenbühel and Birken Lift Seefeld. his ski pass is not valid in Leutasch. If you want to use the ski lifts in Leutasch, you'll need to buy a ski pass for Hochmoos.

Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps. You need a toll permit for the motorways in Austria. You can buy the permit at the AA in the UK or in Austria at the major border crossings. The European Commission advises you to wear a safety reflector jacket in the event of a break down or accident. This vest can be purchased from the AA in the UK as well.

The voltage is 230 volt.

UK mobile phones work in Austria as well.

You need to be in the possession of a valid passport to travel to Austria.

The transfer
In the booking steps it is possible to book a transfer. If you book a transfer via Sunweb, it will be a shared transfer to and from the resort. The average transfer time to Leutasch is approximately 1.5 hours. In step 2 of the booking you can also choose "no transfer". You will receive a discount for this. Discounts:
For children up to 5 years old, you can book a Schneemann card (6 days: €73.50, 7 days: €82.50). Children born between 1/1/2000 and 31/12/2008 will receive a discount on the ski pass. These discounts can be found in the calculation of your travel sum. Identification is required when collecting the ski pass.
Any surcharges and discounts are only valid upon booking. Other rates are applied locally. It is not possible to redeem the ski pass on another day onsite. An extension of the ski pass can often be booked as an extra; you will find the price for this further into the booking steps. The discount for “no ski pass” can also be found in the booking process.
Surcharge:
A surcharge of approximately €2.00 is requested on site for the purchase of the hands-free ski pass.
