Hotel Premier Kaiserhof is situated next to the Hahnenkamm cable car and is just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Kitzbuhel. This authentically decorated and furnished hotel has a beautiful wellness centre with a covered swimming pool. In the extensive wellness centre of the Hotel Premier Kaiserhof you can revive yourself after an energetic day on the piste. Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps. You need a toll permit for the motorways in Austria. You can buy the permit at the AA in the UK or in Austria at the major border crossings. The European Commission advises you to wear a safety reflector jacket in the event of a break down or accident. This vest can be purchased from the AA in the UK as well.
The voltage is 230 volt.

You need to be in the possession of a valid passport to travel to Austria.

The lift passes for children born after 1/1/2015 is free. Children born between 1/1/2002 and 31/12/2014 receive a discount on the lift pass. These discounts can be found in the calculation of your package price.
At the resort you pay a deposit of around € 2, -. This amount will be refunded to you if/ when you return the lift pass.
