Skiing in Axams

The picturesque farming village of Axams is located in Tyrol, at an altitude of 878 metres. The associated ski area: Axamer Lizum, was built just above the village and has been popular among winter sports enthusiasts for years. The ski area is located high, is snow-sure and offers the advanced skier, in particular, some challenges. It is less suitable for beginners. In the valley near Axams, there are 30 kilometres of cross-country ski trails that connect to the network of Götzens, Mutters and Natters.
