Tourists over the age of 6 years old who stay 3 or more nights in the country must have a vaccination, recovery or test certificate, which they must provide at their accommodation, or present to the public authorities.
French, Spanish and Portuguese citizens are exempted from having / showing these certificates.
All citizens coming from other countries considered as a "green zone" (EU 2020/1475), will also be exempt from having and / or presenting a certificate. As well as citizens from countries with a test quota equal to / or over 5,000 tests per week per 100,000 inhabitants and a degree of positive cases of less than 5%.
A. Vaccination certificates issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin at least 14 days after the date of administration of the last dose of the complete vaccination schedule with a vaccine approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the World Health Organization (WHO) or a regulatory authority.
B. Certificate of negative results for a PCR or TMA SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic test, performed within 72 hours prior to arrival in the Principality of Andorra.
C. Certificate with negative result for a SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen diagnostic test, performed within 48 hours before arrival at the residence.
D. Recovery certificate issued by the competent authority or medical service at least 11 days after the first positive TMA or PCR test. This certificate is valid for 180 calendar days from the date the sample was taken for this TMA or PCR test.
The supporting document must be the original, it can be written in Catalan, Spanish, French and / or English and can be sent either in paper or electronic format.
Arinsal is a beautiful village that is fully equipped. Many modern buildings, but with enough restaurants & shops. To reach the lifts, however, you do need a car or you must use the ski bus.

The entire village of Arinsal is closed and will not open this season. This means that it is not possible to ski here. The village of La Massana is open and skiing is possible here.
