Residence Le Pracondu

Residence Le Pracondu is a new apartment in Nendaz. The comfortable residence is built in authentic Swiss chalet style and is ideally located, right on the slopes so you can ski out the door in the morning with the centre located just a few meters away. Can't be away from your pet? Don't worry, this residence offers you the opportunity to bring your pet for a fee. This only applies to small animals / dogs. Thanks to the cozy atmosphere and the many opportunities this residence is highly recommended!

Nendaz

In the ski area "Les Quatres Vallees', at about 1350 metres altitude is the modern and cozy resort of Nendaz. The resort is a paradise for families with young children .

 

Nendaz offers a wide range of facilities on a skiing area highly suited for small children. Children are central to Nendaz. Some amenities include specialized schools, a baby lift, lift treadmill and the availability of childcare.

In addition, there's also plenty for adults to do. The ski area is varied and hikers can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Les Quatres Vallées. Nendaz has about 70 miles of trails.

 

Do you want to relax after a day of skiing or snowboarding? You can use the indoor pool or go shopping in the center of Nendez . In the evening the center of Nendez comes alive. Dine at one of the many restaurants or enjoy a drink in one of the lively bars or discos.

Location and surroundings

Les Quatres Vallées

Lesson Four Valleys is the largest ski area in Switzerland and in perfect condition. The resort consists of two parts, Printze and Televerbier. The beginners can enjoy themselves towards the areas La Tzoumaz and Verbier. The more advanced winter sports fanatics can be found on the two super-steep slopes of Mont Gele.

 

For off-piste possibilities you can find wide pistes in Veysonnaz and steep slopes in Verbier. The highest descent you can make starts at an altitude of 2530 meters. The Alpine descent "Piste de l'Ours' will take you to the village.

 

Partly due to the Mont Fort glacier the ski resort of Les Four Valleys is sure to have proper snow. In total, this is the largest ski area in Switzerland, with nearly 409 kilometers of slopes. You will really enjoy yourself here during your holiday!

A mask is mandatory from the age of 12 and onwards. Masks must be worn in many public spaces, for example in shops and on public transport. Always wear a mask indoors when you are away from home, no certificate is required, and when you are unable to maintain social distancing of 1.5 metres from other people at all times.

You can enter Switzerland by using the EU digital certificate for Covid-19. If you arrive by air you need proof of a full vaccination against COVID-19 (validity: 1 year from last dose); proof of recovery from COVID-19 (validity: from 11 days after a positive test result, and within 6 months from the end of the isolation period); a pre-departure negative COVID-19 test. Accepted tests: PCR taken within 72 hours prior to arrival. Antigenic test taken within 48 hours prior to arrival. Children under 12 years old are never required to provide proof of a negative test for Covid-19 when entering Switzerland. They are exempt from the test requirement on boarding and from the test requirement at the Swiss border. For young people aged between 12 and 16, the same applies as for children, as long as they are not travelling from a country that is on the FOPH list of risk countries due to a variant of concern.
