Skiing in Bormio

About Bormio

The charming ski village of Bormio is located in the middle of a beautiful valley, where numerous skiing options are available. Located on the glacier Ortles-Cevedale, Bormio offers plenty of skiing and cross-country fun. The ski area is located south on the slopes of Monte Vallecetta, and has 120 kilometres of slopes and no less than 56 kilometres of cross-country trails. The ski area consists of 3 parts: Bormio, Santa Caterina Valfurva and Valdidentro-Valdisotto. Bormio is suitable for both the novice and the advanced skier because of the long, not too difficult descents. There are also a number of very long red slopes here, with a beautiful view. You will also find good restaurants on the slopes where you can enjoy a delicious Italian pizza!
