Do I have to get tested on my destination before returning to the UK?

This depends on your vaccination status.

If you are fully vaccinated, you do not need to get tested before flying back to the UK.

If you are not fully vaccinated, you have to take a COVID-19 test at your destination in the last 2 days before you travel back to the UK. You also need to book and pay for a day 2 and day 8 COVID-19 test which you need to take after arrival.

From 18 March these rules will be lifted. From this date, it is not needed anymore to fill in a PLF-form and you do not need to take any COVID-19 tests.
