How can I rebook my holiday?

You can rebook your holiday yourself through your My Sunweb account, provided that your booking meets the rebooking conditions, which you can find in our Terms & Conditions. You can only rebook to holidays that are currently available on our website. Rebooking to the exact same holiday is not possible.


Follow these steps to easily rebook your holiday:


1. Log in to My Sunweb.

2. Go to your booking and click on 'Rebook your holiday.'

3. Click on 'Book another holiday.' You will now be redirected to the Search & Book page where you can choose a new holiday.

4. In the first booking step, you will receive a notification asking if you want to exchange your current holiday. Click 'Confirm rebooking' to proceed with rebooking your current booking.

5. Follow the remaining steps and book your new holiday. Your old booking will be automatically cancelled, and if you had already made a payment, it will be transferred to the new booking. If your new booking is cheaper then the original booking, you will receive a rebook voucher.


Once you have rebooked your holiday, the normal payment conditions will apply again. This means that you will only need to make the remaining payment six weeks before your new departure date.
