Will I get my money back if my holiday is cancelled due to corona (cash refund guarantee)?

Yes! If your booking is cancelled by Sunweb due to COVID-19 you are entitled to our cash refund guarantee. As soon as we are notified about your holiday being unable to go ahead within two weeks before your departure, we will contact you via e-mail.

What are the terms of the Cash Refund guarantee?
At Sunweb we guarantee that if your trip is canceled due to COVID-19, you are guaranteed to get your money back, even if you paid with a credit note. All refunds will be returned directly to your bank account within 14 days, even if you booked the holiday using a Refund Credit Note or Holiday Refund Note.
