I have contacted Sunweb asking to cancel my holiday, when will I receive a response?

Your (partial) cancellation request will be processed from the moment we receive your email.
You don't have to worry about rising cancellation fees if our response takes a few days.

We therefore ask that you do not contact us again as our customer team is very busy helping all Sunweb customers.
