My Refund Credit Note expired and I now have a Holiday Refund Note, what does that mean?

Your original Refund Credit Note expired 1-year after the issue date. This expiry date is linked to the financial protection from either ABTA or SGR. This does not mean your credit note is no longer valid. Your Holiday Refund Note, if requested, is still valid and you can rebook your holiday at any time. As soon as you rebook your holiday your financial protection is automatically reinstated.
