I no longer want my Holiday Refund Note, can I request a refund?

Yes, if you would prefer to not redeem your Holiday Refund Note you can request a refund from us at any time. You can arrnage this refund via the My Sunweb account.

In order to process your refund, we need your bank details. You can easily provide these via your My Sunweb account. After logging into My Sunweb, click on your credit note and choose the option ''keep credit note or request refund''. Simply follow the steps and confirm your details. You will shortly after receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you are having problems processing your refund request via your My Sunweb account please contact us. We will ensure all refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received your bank details.
