Can I cancel my holiday myself?

If you decide to cancel your holiday yourself, this is in accordance with our standard T&Cs. We do not offer free cancellations. 


I have contacted Sunweb asking to cancel my holiday, when will I receive a response?

Your cancellation request will be processed from the moment we receive your email. So you don't have to worry about rising cancellation fees if our response takes a few days.

We therefore ask that you do not contact us again as our customer team is very busy helping all Sunweb customers. Thank you for your understanding.
