Are all facilities open in my accommodation / at my destination?

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, a lot of changes have been required by everyone. Unfortunately, this will also impact your ski holiday. However, we are still convinced that we can offer you a safe and well deserved holiday. One of the considerations we have taken into account is to what extent the facilities at your destination and in your accommodation are open. After all, a holiday must be a holiday.


Regarding your destination, we have taken into consideration, among other things:

- Medical facilities

- Ski slopes

- Catering 

- Shops


For your accommodation we look at, among other things:

- Catering 

- Service facilities, including the Reception

- Cleaning

If essential facilities are not open, we will notify you by email before your holiday. If you don't hear from us, you can rest assured that all essential facilities at your destination and in your accommodation are open.
