Refund Credit Notes for SGR protected flight-inclusive holidays - updated 15.5.2020

If you booked a flight-inclusive package holiday with Sunweb, it was financially protected by SGR and therefore your Refund Credit Note is too. The Refund Credit Note is covered by our guarantee fund, SGR, meaning that in the unlikely case we would go bankrupt and customers still have an unused Refund Credit Note, this will be reimbursed by SGR.

We promise that you will be able to rebook the same holiday for the exact same price using your financially protected Refund Credit Note with our Price Guarantee.

The value of your Refund Credit Note will be exactly equal to the total amount already paid for the holiday at the time of cancellation and must be redeemed within one year after the issue date. However, the date of your holiday does not have to fall within the period your Refund Credit Note is redeemable for. The Refund Credit Notes are valid for a booking to any destination with a departure date of your choice. If you are unable to find and book a suitable holiday before the expiry date, you can request a full refund from Sunweb. Any cash refund will be transferred before the expiry date.
