Partial cancellation: Can I cancel one or more of the people in my booking?

If you want to cancel one or more people from your booking, you can request this via your My Sunweb account.  Cancellation fees will apply, according to the standard Sunweb Conditions. 

Your cancellation request will be processed within a week. Please note that only the main booker can submit the partial cancellation request. 
With partial cancellations, the price for the remaining travellers often increases. This is because you will be staying in the room/apartment/chalet with fewer people. These are called additional costs. If the total travel sum ends up being higher than the original booking, we will add a discount so that the total travel sum remains the same (or less). 
If people are cancelled and the entire travel sum has already been paid, the overpaid amount will be transferred to the main booker. The main booker can then transfer the money to the cancelled person(s). If you have (partially) paid for your trip with a credit note Sunweb will reassign this amount to a credit note. Sunweb can not be held responsible for the settlement of costs between participants.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have booked a holiday including flights. Then different cancellation conditions apply. If you cancel the holiday, you will have to pay 100% costs for the flights in addition to a percentage of the other costs.
