What do I need to do if I arrive at the destination in the evening?

If you expect to arrive at your accommodation after 6 PM you are obliged to inform the reception of the accommodation about this to ensure that your room will be available. You will receive your travel documents 10 days before your departure, where you can find the telephone number of your accommodation and this will also include instructions on how to arrange your late arrival and collection of the key.

Sunweb cannot be held accountable if your accommodation is not available immediately, not even in the case that you have stated with your booking that you will be arriving late.
