What are the payment options?

We offer you the following payment options:

1. After booking pay directly online:
You can choose to pay via bank transfer online. This is a quick and easy way to make a payment. After receiving the booking number, you are able to make a direct transfer into our account. Our bank details can be found within the 'contact' section of sunweb.co.uk. Please remember when making a payment to quote your booking number as a payment reference.

After booking you will receive a confirmation with an access code for 'My Sunweb'. Here you can also check up on your payment status. As well as the details of your booked holiday.

2. Complete the payment yourself at a later time:
You can also choose to complete the payment yourself at a time of your convenience. For this the following rules are in effect:

Bookings made UP TO 6 WEEKS prior to departure:
You can make the full payment to our bank account with the use of internet banking. Please remember to state your booking number as reference!

If the invoice states that you can make a deposit then you can pay the total amount in two parts. Please stick to the amounts and the terms as stated on the invoice.

Bookings made WITHIN 6 WEEKS prior to departure:
If you book a holiday departing within 6 weeks we regard this as a last minute booking. The payment needs to be made immediately. Before we can send you your travel documents we need to have received the payment for the holiday.

The payment options:

Internet banking
With the use of internet banking you can transfer the payment to our bank account stating your booking number. Please note: for departures within one week you are required to make a speed payment transfer (only on work days!).

Payment from abroad
If you want to pay from abroad then you can transfer the outstanding payment to our bank account. You need the following details for this:

Bank: Lloyds TSB
Account number: 21109768
Bank Sort Code: 306541
BIC/SWIFT code: LLOYDGB21682
IBAN code: GB09 LOYD 3065 4121 1097 68

Stating: your booking number (if you do not have one yet then your name and address). Please note: For transfers from abroad we require a proof of payment/booking from your bank to be sent to our fax number.

We send a confirmation of your payment via email as soon as the payment has been processed by our payment team. In case you do not receive a confirmation your own bank receipt will figure as proof of payment. We therefore request you not to contact us with regard to a confirmation of payment!

With on time payments we will usually send/email you the travel documents 1 week prior to departure. In case you book a short time prior to departure we will send the travel documents as soon as possible.
