What are the cancellation costs?

If you request a cancellation via My Sunweb, these cancellation fees will apply:
>55 days 30%*
36-55 days 50%*
22-35 days 70%*
11-21 days 90%*
0-10 days 100%*

Sunweb does not offer free cancellations or the right of withdrawal within a consideration or cooling off period. This is due to the services booked, accommodation and transport, a certain date during a specific period.
* Your deposit is non-refundable, even if the cancellation charge calculated is lower than the deposit amount paid. To read more about cancellation if flights are included in your holiday, click here.
