What happens if I decide to cancel a booking with flights included?

All scheduled flights are non-refundable. This means that you will not be refunded the amount you have paid for the flights (which form part of your package). This means that you will have to pay 100% of the flight price as well as the percentage of the remaining components of your package. You might be able to claim for the cancellation costs from your travel insurance, please check your policy. Where the standard deposit is increased to secure specific facilities or an additional payment has been made for transport airline tickets and these are non-refundable, then the scale of charges will be calculated based on a % of the cost of all other arrangements and the non-refundable charges will be added to that cancellation charge to give the total charge. Infant charges of £45 are non-refundable in the event of the cancellation of a holiday.
You can cancel your booking via your My Sunweb account, where you will see the cancellation costs. If there are any outstanding cancellation costs, you can settle this directly via Credit card or debit card. If you do not pay the cancellation costs immediately, you can log back in at a later stage to pay. If you have an "overpaid amount", we will refund the overpaid amount within 14 days. If you have (partially) paid for your trip with a credit note Sunweb will reassign this amount to a credit note. 
You will receive the cancellation invoice by email within 2 hours of cancellation.
